Cancellation Policy
We ask that you kindly give us at least 12 hours notice of cancelation. You (the customer) will have an option to cancel or reschedule your appointment electronically via a link that will be provided via email and/or text message. Please kindly use that or text 360-200-7385 and let us know that you need to cancel. We can reschedule your appointment for a later date if needed. In preparation for your appointment, please read the following below... 1.Please clear vehicle of the majority of personal Belongings prior to your appointment time if booking an interior service. Don't worry about trash, we'll take care of that for you. (Do not remove legally required documents such as registration and proof of insurance). 2. This is a home business. If you are coming to our shop location for your detail, Please send an eta prior to your arrival, and one of our detailers will meet you outside. 3. Cash or Card accepted. No checks. Ask about our cash discounts! All sales are subject to Vancouver, WA Sales Tax. All prices are an estimate and are based on vehicle size, condition and customer expectations.
