Legal Terms and agreement

1. Remove Personal Items: Please clear your vehicle of personal belongings before your appointment time. Don't worry about the trash—we'll take care of that for you!

2. Mobile ETA & Keys: As a mobile detailing service, we will send an ETA text message as soon as we are en route. Please have your keys, fob, or RFID ready for your detailer.

3. Payment Methods: Cash or card accepted (no checks). All sales are subject to applicable sales tax.

Detailed Terms & Conditions

Commitment to Quality & Safety
The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Detailing Done Right LLC's policy with respect to our customers. We strive to offer a stress-free detailing experience. Proper detailing techniques and the care of your vehicle are our first priorities. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage to your vehicle. Prior to our service, you must advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues (e.g., low battery, stuck trunk, broken windows) that would prevent us from completing the detail.

Right to Refuse Service & Legal Compliance
If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health or safety, we reserve the right to refuse service. This includes the presence of harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.). Because our technicians may need to drive your vehicle on public streets, the vehicle must be street legal. This means no illegal substances, prescription medication, firearms, or other items that may cause legal issues if interaction with law enforcement were to take place. If we arrive and cannot detail your vehicle due to these conditions, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment.

Scheduling & Pricing
We will arrive as close to the scheduled mobile appointment time as possible. If circumstances beyond our control disrupt the schedule, you will be called and advised of a new arrival time. Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, condition, and customer expectations. Additional charges may apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris, personal item removal, and steam cleaning. We ask for a minimum 24-hour notice to change or cancel an appointment.

Liability & Personal Property
Customers agree to hold Detailing Done Right LLC, its owners, and employees harmless from any damage, loss, expense, claim, or liability arising out of our services. We are not responsible for any personal property loss inside the vehicle. Please remove all personal items prior to our arrival.

Car Seats & Custom Equipment
Due to the nature and legality of proper installation, we will neither remove nor install car seats or booster seats. We also will not remove or install custom equipment (including seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers). If you would like the areas underneath these items cleaned, please remove them prior to your appointment.

Payment & Media Release
We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of the detail or upon arrival. Additional charges may apply for non-sufficient funds. By using our services, you grant us permission to take photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold to third parties and may be provided to you as "before and after" photos.

Damages & Guarantees
There are no guarantees of bringing your vehicle back to a specific condition (e.g., "showroom new"). Due to the nature of detailing, minor cosmetic damage can occur, and reimbursement will not be paid for minor issues. Reimbursement will only be paid for major damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Detailing Done Right LLC must approve any body shop estimates before issuing any reimbursement.
